CopyFlowPro is a B2B SaaS platform designed to generate marketing copy, specifically for PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertisements. Our AI-powered system assists users in creating compelling ad content within the constraints of various PPC platforms.
CopyFlowPro is intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives. By creating an account, you affirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
CopyFlowPro operates on a subscription basis. The current fee is $49 per month, which grants you access to 5,000 credits per billing cycle. Credits are reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over if unused.
Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial months of service or unused credits. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
CopyFlowPro is designed specifically for creating PPC ad copy. You agree to use our service only for this intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: generating content for illegal activities, creating misleading or fraudulent advertisements, and any use that could bring CopyFlow Pro into disrepute.
The content you generate using CopyFlowPro is owned by you. However, you grant CopyFlow Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and analyze the input and output data to improve our services.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it. This includes ensuring compliance with advertising standards, intellectual property laws, and other relevant regulations.
CopyFlowPro is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the generated content for any specific purpose.
CopyFlow Pro is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our service, including but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to CopyFlowPro, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates, or any other reason.
We may release updates or new features for CopyFlowPro. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified service.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CopyFlowPro immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, your sole recourse is to discontinue the use of the service.
